Juanita graduated from St Mary of the Plains College and the University of Kansas and has Masters Degree in Social Work and is a counselor. She is currently completing a PhD program in the Natural Health.

She is in private practice as a psychotherapist and mentor. She has varied interests in counseling and prefers to be called an integrative /holistic practitioner. She believes in using a common sense approach to everyday life challenges. Ms. Sanchez has studied extensively in the area of Natural Health and employs many methods which use a natural approach to such areas as: anxiety, pain management and stress.

She has worked with a varied population of people in Southwest Kansas. Her work includes `both men’s and women’s issues., as well as those from childhood on.

If there is one thing that I would like for people to know about my practice and my work is that a great deal of individualized attention goes into what I do. We are all unique individuals who require someone sensitive enough to understand and address our differences in a productive way. I believe that we all have the right to grow and change and to be respected through that process.

Asking for help when needed is a very self aware process which enables us to move past the challenges of life to new and more productive ways of living. I believe that when we take a first step toward growth, that we are looking at huge new possibilities in our lives. There is a saying that "No Man is and Island", and the truth of that statement is that we don’t always have to go it alone. We can integrate the help we get into our unique and authentic selves and be the better for it.
